The V Spot Network is written and produced by Vinny O'Brien: 15+ years as an ecommerce operator (eBay, Arnotts), consultant to $100M+ brands across Ireland, the UK, EU, and North America, and founder of Vinny and Co Consulting.
The house position: technology should amplify empathy, not just strip out friction. Some friction is the product. This gets argued at length in the essays and at slightly less length on the shows.
